I would give them zero stars if that were an option. This is one of the worst property management companies in Columbus, GA. High rent house for $1850 per month with absolutely no cleaning, pest control, painting, or any move-in ready preparations as promised. Ant, cockroach, and spider infestations, toilet leaks, sink leaks, broken ceiling fans, broken door knobs, broken towel hangers, broken toilet lids, plus a pool that looked like a frog pond upon move in day.
