Called Brad for a consultation but he bluntly asked my location and then said "never heard of it, probably too far away, keep looking." I was close by, he was very rude and unprofessional. There are other more polite individuals out there who deserve your business. Update 6-10-2023: Brad responded to this review 10 years later asking if it was a ticket from the other side of Virginia. If he had spent more than half a minute on the phone he would have known what the reason was for the call. The review still stands.
