Excellent service and people
I recently had a positive experience with GEICO, thanks to a customer service representative named Nick. When I spoke with Nick, he was helpful and attentive. He listened to my needs and clearly explained the different plan options. He worked to find a suitable plan for me, offering suggestions that ultimately helped me save some money. Would not recommend this spot if you’re a first timer, did not let me know the plan would raise $50, did not contact me when the plan was raised, when I canceled my policy I was still billed despite customer service telling me I would not be billed. Unacceptable service.
Terrible experience . Charged my account for a payment last year which they took and canceled my policy $700 just gone . Called to ask about reinstating my account they did nothing . Then turned around and told me i had to pay more money to open a new policy again . I have 3 vehicles total ! Now i get on the phone with customer service Terry and her escalated supervisor Carla and they didnt help either as im now at this same situation again . Im not paying and going to the competitors .
