Very lucky had an encounter with this team. Everyone is so professional and very responsive! I had my solar system installed last year by other guys. When the problem happened, the installed person (Aussie Solar and Storage) was no response despite emails, phone calls and messages. I called up Fronius support team (thank goodness, they selected a reliable brand), and gave Brad's contact number.
