This doctor does not look at lumps in your THROAT. I'm quessing he just cleans ear wax for your ears..
They do not offer hearing tests. Instead of telling me that ahead of time when I told them that’s what I was there for they took my money anyways. I paid a $60 copay to be referred to another doctor. Awful customer experience and borderline rude. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time or money. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I went.
Not a pleasant experience visiting this miserable doctor today. First thing he says when I walk in is, "So why is your mom with you?" (He complained about this multiple times in the short time I was there). Last I checked, I'm the patient and the one paying his salary, so umm it's my choice who comes to the office with me. Guess he's trying to hide something from parents, which checks out as another reviewer says he was involved in a malpractice case lol.
