Do Not Use This Company! ESPECIALLY this branch. I've been a customer for years, both home and auto insurance. The one time I need to use my coverage im told my police doesn't have a special endorsement that covers "service lines" (water and electricity lines, on my property, going to my home). I was never offered any extra coverage at time of renewal or when the policy was created. THEY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE BUT DID NOT OFFER IT, but REFUSE to do anything more than a training for their employees, to ensure its o... read more
