I have been a patient of this office for over 15 years. Brad Herskowitz is thorough, kind and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this neurologist and this office.
I had a very disappointing experience at this office. When the doctor walked in, the first thing he asked was “what are you doing here?” instead of asking about the reason for my visit. It immediately felt dismissive and unprofessional. I had provided my medical records showing I was diagnosed with Bell’s palsy, but it seemed he had not reviewed them beforehand and appeared unprepared for the appointment. What I am about to write is my personal experience and does not reflect this practices overall care of their patients. I spent a lot of time calling to set up an appointment but no one would answer. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment online and sent my insurance card info ahead of time.
