I am very pleased with my experience working with Brad to sell my grandparents home. Being out of state myself, Brad took on a bit more than normal when he agreed to join our endeavor. Brad gave my family honest opinions and advice. He answered my questions patiently and respectfully. He gave 150%, doing a few things for us that we couldn’t do for ourselves because we all live in other states. Communication was on point. A little behind after moving and straight into the holidays. It has been a pleasure working with Brad! First time homebuyers. He previously was a home inspector and while looking at a house, he inspected and pointed out a few things. That was a bonus! Alongside, he helped break down a few steps on questions we had so we could have a better understanding along the process.
Brad is very professional, easy to talk to. He listened to everything we said and easily answered our questions, making sure we understood every step of buying a our first home. He sent us many listing, but not so many so we didn't get overwhelmed. Brad also recommended a great home inspector. I highly recommend Brad to anyone buying or selling a home. He's down to earth, and just a really great guy that works hard to help his clients the best he can.
