Sooo impressed! My husband always works on our own vehicles so when we must take them to a shop for certain maintenance (alignment after having tires replaced), we are always very skeptical and never seem to have a great experience. Brad and the team at Holtkamp Automotive were just great to work with. My wife and I were returning to Ankeny IA after spending the winter in Florida. We ran into an issue with our truck late Sunday afternoon. The team at Holtkamp called me first thing Monday morning and had our problem solved and the truck back on the road Monday afternoon. They were great to work with and I’d highly recommend them.
We always have great service here! It's a family atmosphere, and I always feel confident that my car and my family are well taken care of!
