Brad was very timely in responding, when I reached out for help with new settings for my insulin pump. Brad took great attention to not just this new technology, but my overall health as a Type 1 Diabetic. He listened and advised with empathy. As a Type 1 Diabetic himself, Brad made me feel comfortable and encourage my confidence! I strongly recommend his services based on professionalism, skills, and his ability to listen/understand patients.
I've worked with Brad in a diabetic support group. Having diabetes himself gives him a natural and more thorough understanding of the diabetes.
