Great visit. Dr Hays spent a lot of time answering all my questions. His staff is exceptional, helping me any way they can. It is always nice just know you will be met with a lot of smiles. I like going to the office of Dr Hays.
Dr. Hays is courteous, patient, listens to one's concerns, and very willing to work with patients to address their needs/concerns.
I was at the doctor’s office today (7/10/2026) for my annual visit. When I arrived, the front‑desk staff didn’t check me in. Instead, she immediately told me I needed to pay a specific amount and said it was what I owed for this visit. I asked if I could pay after seeing the doctor, and she said no. I recently had two procedures performed at Methodist Hospital in Sugar Land, and my experience was outstanding. The facility is truly state-of-the-art, clean, modern, and very well organized. Dr. Altaib Al Yassin, MD, DO, MS, provided excellent care and took the time to explain everything thoroughly.
