Dr Gold is the best audiologist I have seen in the many years, such a lovely man - highly knowledgeable, caring and made sure to explain everything so I fully understood what was going on. He went above and beyond and help me acquire hearing aids. For over 15 years. He has solved the minor hardware problems with my hearing aids in a very satisfactory manner. I have been with Dr. Brad Gold (now with Livingston Hearing Aid Center in Carrollton) for over 15 years. I stayed with him even when he moved to a new (farther) location. He is a competent and personable professional. He has solved the minor hardware problems with my hearing aids in a very satisfactory manner. He is easy to work with, so I recommend him strongly.
Dr Gold is the best audiologist I have seen in the many years I’ve need hearing aids! He is kind and understanding and makes the time to listen to your needs and concerns! Until I came to him, I had nothing but trouble with hearing aides. Now I have the absolute best hearing aides and can come to him for any problem with them, at anytime. And BTW, his receptionist is very personable. She put me at ease from day one. She has never forgotten my name and is genuinely interested in what I share with her. Very knowledgeable, he has an extensive background in the hearing field and knows exactly how to help you. My husband and I are new patients and are thrilled to have found Dr. Gold. We highly recommend him! He did our hearing tests, evaluations, fitted us with our new hearing aids, everything! It's very one on one specialized care that he provides all the way thru!!
I purchased my hearing aids before moving to Richardson and meeting DrGold. Dr Gold has helped me with them several times none the less. I am definitely going to buy my next new set from him.
