Brad did a great job for us installing our hot water heater ! This was an unexpected emergency for us and Brad was able to rearrange his schedule to accommodate us. He and his team worked until they were finished the job - along with a few other things they did while they were here. They were neat and respectful and cleaned up when they were finished. His pricing was reasonable and we will definitely use him again!
Called them for a quick repair. They called me that day and came out the next day to do the work. Great service! I'd highly recommend.
This man has very hard working good men working for him but his charges are outrageous. We needed a half days work, two guys, one training, all materials provided except a few nails. Charged my elderly mother over a thousand bucks. Would never call this guy for any reason ever again.
Had this guy out to give my mother in law an estimate. First he was late- really late. Had to call him and remind him of the appointment. He then sent some random people to give her an estimate. Weeks went by with no estimate. Then had to call him again requesting the estimate. At this point we had no intention of using him, Just wanted to see where pricing was based on all of his delays. He gave us some medical excuse. If you can’t give us an estimate how are you going to do the work.
