We had a great experience with Brad! We were referred to him by a friend of a friend when we decided to move to the Chicago area from Texas. He was very helpful and attentive to our requirements for our new house. He was very responsive to both texts and emails. We looked at LOTS of photos online then my husband flew up to look at houses in person. Brad helped us with referrals for doing work in the house after we moved. I would recommend him without reservation.

Brad did a wonderful job for us in purchasing our new construction Lakeview house. We were buying while living on the west coast, and Brad was proactive in monitoring progress, working with the builder to address our questions/concerns, and even went so far as to help with design selections and recommendations. We’ll definitely work with him again.
