Brad went well beyond what we expected! He found the property, looked out for my interests during the entire purchase process, handled a couple of "fires", and helped me land in the perfect situation for my second home in Chicago. And he did all of this with me on video from California! Thank you Brad!
Working with Brad Dumes, was a great experience. He above all, listens carefully, then executers or assists in helpful solutions. Hard working and positive are just a couple of the many of the wonderful characteristics Brad has. I would highly recommend him for any real estate deal, large or small.
Brad was awesome to work with. He helped us find our dream apartment and was there every step of the way. He moved quickly, communicated incredibly well, and gave us great advice throughout the process. We were in a competitive situation, and I had complete confidence in Brad to help us navigate it and negotiate on our behalf. He was always looking out for our best interests, and we really felt like we had someone in our corner. We’d absolutely recommend Brad.
Brad is quite literally the best agent/broker I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was able to secure our needs efficiently all while insulating us from the chaos of the Chicago real estate market. I will be recommending him to all of my family and friends going forward!
Brad is an amazing realtor! He truly understands the intensity and nuances of the industry and operates with a high level of integrity. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and communicative. He helped me land the home of my dreams! Highly recommended.
