I shopped around and couldn't find anyone to come close to State Farm. And then when I decided to settle with them, they directed me in the direction of Brad Donna. I was relieved because the guy in Vienna, IL who has worked for State Farm for many years was an arrogant negative Nancy. Brad, Alycia & Rachael are very helpful and knowledgeable at helping you buy the right insurance for whatever type you need. When I had a vehicle claim they did all the work for me in getting my vehicle repaired. We have been with State Farm for 38 years. We know that there are places that can quote us lower premiums, but the service you get from other companies cannot compare with Brad Donna State Farm.
