My 2018 Enclave was in for an oil leak from the filter adapter. The repair took longe than quoted. However since i was waiting in the dealership, they gave me a loaner so I could go home to Davenport while they continued to work on my car. They did this without me prompting them. This was important to me since I had to be home in time to pick up my granddaughter from school. They finished the repair same day and i returned the loaner same day.
They always make sure everything is done correctly.
