I have had this Insurance for a year and I have never had such terrible customer service from an agency. Brad is like any other cheesy salesman...all there when hes trying to get you to sign up and get your money..and then not a peep after that. Long story short. ...terrible service and the price is actually almost double what I have found with Farmers Insurance and a couple others...so in the long run..they did me a favor.
