They billed my health insurance instead of eyeglasse insurance. So a year and half latter they received a take back from my insurance. Now I owe $455.00 for my glasses. I would have never gotten if I had to pay that much for them.
Doctors Bearden is geat. However, the billing department is the worst ever! Been trying to get some answers from them for days now. Can never get through on the phone to billing department and they never return phone messages. Very frustrating!
