I recently spoke to Jeff from State Farm several times about having my car delivered to a service provider on Saint Charles rock Road. There were some difficulty with the tow truck driver and myself. As I never got an opportunity to speak to a human being only to text, which was totally inappropriate. Jeff communicated with the service provider and my car was delivered for repair. Without Jeff, it would have been impossible. thank you.
