Brad was extremely helpful by presenting my options and helping me to pick the best value among insurance packages. He was always quick to respond and polite.
State Farm has been the best so far as I have been doing business with them prior to 2011. On 3/1/25 my apartment was caught on fire and it was Saturday and I call Brad to notify them of what had happened and he called me immediately that same day I facet that same hour.
