Brad was awesome! I've used him for several years now for my auto (and now renter's!) insurance. He's very trustworthy and easy to work with. I called him over the weekend and left a voicemail. He called me as soon as possible and when I missed his call, he made sure to reach me another way to make sure we connected- even though he was clearly sick. Brad is awesome!! He is so helpful and knows his stuff! I have already referred my sister to him too! Highly recommend him to anyone looking for good coverage and a good deal!

I have been a customer of Brad Brown Insurance agency for more than 15 years. Being a professional myself and understanding the need for that "personal" connection, I will never shop rates. I have complete confidence in this agency that they always have my back and my best interests at heart!!

What a wonderful experience I have had this far at this location. The staff here is amazing and goes above and beyond for individuals that need assistance with accessible rooms and options. There was not one day that went by where they did not help me. Felicia, Melissa, Charlie, Jonathan, Daniel, Faye, and Krista thank you for helping me during a challenging time!!!
