Brad is so personable and patient. Insurance is always a gamble, in that you hope you never need it but pay just in case, but when I've needed help he took the time to walk me through the process. In a world of big corporations and nameless people on the phone, it's so important to still have that real live person helping you through some of those tough moments in life. Thanks Brad!
