My wife and I met with Brad to review our policies. He identified a couple of areas were we save a little money which was greatly appreciated. Brad was very helpful and easy to talk too while he explained what was going on in the state because of the recent fires. I've been with State Farm for almost 60 years and Brad is one of the best agents I've ever had!
As always Brad and his staff came through for us in a pinch. We needed insurance for two trucks that we were driving up to Manitoba. The staff took care of us quickly and we were able to make the trip without incident. Great job!
First and foremost, this review is not for State Farm as it is overall a very good company. It is strictly for the office of Brad Robert Board and some of his staff. To anybody considering doing business at this particular office, run the other way. Unless, you do not mind your personal and policy details to be breached.
