I couldn't say enough good things about Brian and Melinda. Every step of the way they were responsive, helpful, and treated us like family. I work for a production builder and there is nothing like a family business and the difference in treatment. I wouldn't want anyone else to build our family a new home other than Bracy. We have lived in our new home for about two months and have received hundreds of compliments of how well the house was built. and the attention to detail. Thank you for everything!
Bracy Builders built our new home. We also needed a storage building. Bracy Builders coordinated the building as well - one stop shopping!! All went very well. We never felt like we were alone in this - Brian offered up suggestions to make our building the best it could be - ie, foam insulation on the entire interior thereby keeping the inside a bit cooler in this Florida heat. The building is great, functional and affordable!
Brian and Melinda, Mike and I can't thank you both enough for building our new home! It is beautiful and we just love it! Not only did every detail we asked for turn out exactly what we thought it would, you were able to get us our additional garage space planned out and built in a short period of time!
