I chose Braconier to repair our air conditioner after a lighting strike to our home because they have been in business since 1906 and have an outstanding rating with the Denver BBB. I didn't want just anyone to come to my home. Their service man was dressed in a clean uniform outfit and he took the time to show me what was wrong with our central air units. He showed us two parts that were burned out due to the lightning strike and he tuned up the units. Very knowledgeable, courteous and a nice person. Highly recommend.
Our house was a victim of a lightning strike. Braconier came out to inspect our central air conditioning units. They identified the problem quickly and replaced the sensors that burned out and we were back in working order. They were quick to come out, knowledgable and helped me understand specifically want went wrong. Definitely a recommend.
Had plumbing fixtures updated throughout our home. The plumber was knowledgeable and worked very fast. Really knew what he was doing. Replace sink, shower and bath fixtures in 3 full baths and our powder bathroom. Very clean, no mess. Everything was tested with me. Excellent job by Braconier Plumbing.
