Hard to rate the business. I drove over from Lawrence to take a look at some counters for a bath remodel. Got a quote for granite and quartz but I was really interested in soapstone, and I was told they had some and would send me pics and a quote. After several days I followed up and got an apology for the delay. Then nothing. Sent two further follow up emails, it’s been weeks now with no response so I’m moving on.
Very unhappy with installation. Big gap between stove and counter top which they refuse to fix. Sloppy use of caulk all over. Gaps between wall and quartz sloppily filled in with caulk that quickly started cracking. Chipped corner just filled in with caulk. Scraped cabinet getting the quartz in. Very amateur workmanship. When I called to tell Hillary how unhappy I was that they would not fix the gap by the stove she wouldn’t even return my call. Would definitely not recommend this company.
