We did a complete home renovation with Brackmann Construction from mid January 2020 until the end of October 2020. The bid for the work was very detailed. We appreciated the fact that phone calls were answered. During the 10 month construction, our project manager kept us informed and was available to us. Brackmann Construction completed a large two-story room addition with a porch on the ground floor for us. I had called several contractors to bid the job. Very thorough and honest! Would absolutely recommend. Quoted a project for us and went over evey detail, they provided us with the absolute best information to help us make the best choice for our family. They were honest rather than trying to make a sale. I will always recommend them in the future.
My deck repair project started in September 2019. It's still not complete in March 2021. Due to a late season start, they could not get all the work done before it became too cold to apply the stain. They did not come back in early Spring to apply the stain as promised. In late summer, when they began applying the stain, I noticed the old wood and new wood were taking the stain in different ways.
