If you wanna bring your car back 3-4 times after its supposed to be fixed, this is the place to go.
I actually go there pretty much every day. The location may have changed but the work is a straightforward and honest as it gets. These guys handle a lot of vehicles that most shops won't even touch. You may occasionally experience a wait for service but the end result will be worth it. At least that's my experience there.. A+
I had a fantastic experience at Bracket Ratchet Auto Service, and I'm so glad I was recommended to them. My auto tech, Chris, was outstanding. He did a great job of explaining and educating me on the issues my 2013 Chevy Impala was having. His willingness to call and text with updates was greatly appreciated and made the process stress-free. The repair work was completed promptly, and the pricing was very fair. This is my new go-to auto shop!
