Can not mow
They started out okay but soon started not showing up. They also started doing a poor job. Cut grass so dirt showed even when told to cut higher. Never took care of weeds which was part of agreement. Never sprayed which was part of agreement. I also, stupidly, paid in advance so by end of season they owed me a refund. It's now been a month of constant request to receive my refund which they said they would pay and yet, they have not. Mr Brackett told me he would be here to cut my grass on Wednesday. He never showed up or called. On Thursday he promised to be here today. Again, no show and no call. On Friday he promised to be here and never showed. I called at 4:00 pm and he was on the way and had to get it done because the next day he was leaving on vacation. Never showed up and never called. He is a man who broke every promise and still has never called.
