while the shop manager was a nice guy... a year after the work was done on both my truck and my wife's car is completely botched... We used to take our vehicles to nicks in altoona and when he was shutdown we didnt know where to go so we thought we'd give these guys a shot. all seemed well at first with my f150 and my wife's Ford escape when they did brakes all the way around on both vehicles. exactly a year later and both vehicles have warped rotors and need a complete brake job. Superb customer service! Unfortunately warranty would not allow work to be completed here, it had to be done at the dealership. Alex went above and beyond what she needed to do to help me and it was much appreciated. Customer service goes a long way, and I would certainly come here for service in the future.
