If I could give them 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional. They never call to tell you that they have any of your prescription. They told me they would not fill one of my prescriptions because they lose money on it. So they said they would try to send it to a different pharmacy. I wait a few days and go to the other pharmacy just to be told they never received anything from them about a prescription. They never once called me to tell me that they couldn't sent it there. If I could give them a 0 star I would. After losing my medication and not willing to fill multiple prescriptions , I lost out on many prescriptions because of them. The bigger lady in there is absolutely rude and unprofessional to say the least. Never will deal with this terrible company again.

Brackens Pharmacy is the only one in East Brady. It’s the only one around. It’s a small pharmacy like you’d find in a small town. If you need an oddly named prescription though, you’ll have to wait until the next day or maybe two days. Extremely friendly staff and don’t write it off just because it’s small, they have an impressive selection!
