I had a mixed experience at first. The company came out and gave me a quote, and I decided to hire them for my painting project. However, once the job was confirmed, communication completely stopped. I have sent two emails and left a voicemail last week, and I still have not received any response or a date for scheduling. I am very disappointed by this lack of customer service and cannot recommend them if you need a project done in a timely manner.

Years and years ago right after we bought our first house, a deck was the first thing that was added. Given that it was a rather large investment, I knew that I wanted to put a good solid stain on it and reached out to Brackens painting (circa 2017) and we applied a gorgeous stain, it held up to the seasons for years and then like many home owners- I neglected the annual maintenance and ended up with a dull and dirty deck. We had them paint our wood trim on our house and our front porch. It’s held up through the heat and through the rain and it’s doing great. We love it.
