This past June,Brackens painted our family room and repaired some drywall tape. Before the actual job was started, we met with Christian Rudy, sales manager.We have known Christian for years, and as expected, he was so pleasant and professional. I had a great experience with this painting company. They did a wonderful job everything looks fantastic and was completed even faster than I expected. The team was very responsive, friendly, and easy to work with from start to finish. It’s not often you find such a combination of quality work and great customer service. Update: This is our third time using Brackens. They have done extensive interior and exterior painting for us - living room, bedrooms, trim work, and deck painting. We couldn't be happier with the exceptional job Brackens Painting did on the exterior of our house! From the initial consultation with Kevin to the final brushstroke by Nick and crew, they displayed professionalism, skill, and attention to detail. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations. Our house looks brand new again!
Can’t say enough good about Kevin and his team. We did our entire interior and our deck and foundation all in one go. The only thing I will say is you don’t know what you don’t know, and that was my big lesson. Kevin was excellent at answering questions and helping educate. But even with that, once the painting commenced I wasn’t prepared with considering trim and ceilings and the colors. Also, it should be illegal to have that many shades of white; thanks to Kevin for helping us through that!
