I’ll start off with the positives: everyone we spoke to at Bracken’s was friendly and the gentleman who towed our vehicle was very helpful. Unfortunately, Bracken’s neglected to run a very basic test that we requested multiple times, charged us for a battery we didn’t need, and cost us 5 days of our vacation due to their negligence.
