Wish we would have seen these reviews BEFORE we agreed to do work for them. Things have not changed. We have not received a cent on a job we COMPLETED two months ago. We have been getting "the check has been cut and is getting mailed" lie for the last several weeks. If you are a subcontractor, DO NOT do business with this contractor!
We are having the same issue as Lana F. We completed work for this company 45 days ago. We jumped through hoops to accommodate their time frame but have gotten the run around ever since. My favorite was " oh I caught the man you were dealing with in the hall and he is paying this with a credit card today" Yeah, it's been over 2 weeks since then. Have them pay in full before you start a project with them. Totally unprofessional!
This company is the worst general contractor that I've ever had the misfortune to work with. All they seem to want is to take, take, take. They do nothing but financially rape their subcontractors. You submit a bid from a set of prints and after they lowball you and you accept it, there is magically another set of prints and specs that supersede the bid pack.
