You wait and wait for your appointments - they are NEVER on time but have the audacity ro charge a cancel fee if you dont cancel with enough time - can I charge a late fee?!?!? Why do doctors think tbeir time is more important thant patients - she literally sat in her room for 30 minutes whilts catching up on paperwork whilst I waited 40 minutes after my appointment - and then was rude when I toold her I was unhappy.
