Very helpful staff and beautiful craftsmanship. It was just what I wanted.
Todd is such a professional and talented jeweler. He helped me redesign my prong setting princess cut ring which was not ideal for everyday wear. I came with my design idea, he answered all my questions and made it come to life. His daughter Rebecca was a joy to work with as well! Highly recommend Bracken Jewelers!
My husband actually found Todd at Bracken Jewelers. And it's because my husband had his grandfather's gold ring and he wanted to make it into his wedding ring, but he wasn't sure how or the process. (Which I don't blame him because I don't know either!) He visited 4 jewelers that he felt credible and the only one he felt safe with was Todd at Bracken. He resized the ring and helped him decide on a finish. They are the real deal
We searched far and wide for a jeweler that we felt recognized our vision for creating our perfect ring - with emphasis on sustainable sourcing, top-tier craftsmanship and attention to detail, we loved how Todd listened to our specific requests and worked with us directly to source the perfect stone, and then created a setting from scratch to fit what we had in mind.
