Wonderful experience with Bracken Jewelers. Todd and Rebecca were very informative, patient, and helpful. When you are purchasing a ring that you’re intending on wearing for the rest of your life there is always some trepidation, but again Todd and Rebecca assuaged my concerns and I couldn’t be more pleased. Incredible quality. Todd assisted me in re-plating a vintage watch for my boss and we were both so impressed with the final result. I reached out to quite a few jewelry stores in the LA area before finding Bracken Jewelers. The common theme was that most stores didn't have the capacity to take care of the plating, or just had trouble understanding the vision.
