My 2 1/2 month battery died three weeks ago. I needed to go back to the dealership as the battery was under warranty. I called Bracken Agency and spoke to both Rita and Kim. They were most helpful in helping arrange for a towing company and how to submit the claim. After submitting the towing claim (Thursday) to Kim, she took care for the rest. Today (Monday), Kim called to say the claim was process and the check would be mailed today. Great service by knowledgeable employees. Would recommend this agency for insurance.
Kim could not have been a kinder human being and extremely helpful in walking me through getting the best auto insurance for my situation. Wonderful people, wonderful rates!!!

Rita was so professional, knowledgeable, and responsive that I had all quotes and questions answered within the day. Thankfully, I have had no claims, but Rita made the move from my past insurance company to Erie Insurance seamless and easy. Give them a look if you are shopping around!
