Everyone there was really great. They did an amazing job on my vehicle and were very fair with the final cost. I would absolutely recommend them based on the experience I had with them.
Bracken did a great job. I am not one to hold anyone's service any higher than the service I can give. Even though a relatively easy repair, I went into this with realistic expectations that it would take a few weeks by the time insurance got involved. I stopped by about a week earlier to discuss repairs and to get on a schedule. Once insurance set a date to inspect, I coordinated with Bracken to do my best to minimize the downtown and they took it from there. Went to get an estimate and 4 mangers were standing around doing nothing. I waited for 20 min and left. I guess customer service is NOT what they do. Will never be back. Filing a complaint with Geico.

Absolutely use this company! I went in for an estimate on a repair I was paying out of pocket for and not only was Cooper able to fix it same day, it was much less expensive than I anticipated. Great customer service! I’ll use them for any repair needs in the future!
