The worst ever service, had my car for over 70 days....when I complained, finally, to the owner about the time for repairing my vehicle and the cost of rentals outa my pocket....he said and I quote, "your transportation needs are not my concern". Never will I give them a dime out of my pocket!!!
Cooper was amazing. The body work was amazing. The customer service was top notch, they finished the work on time. The estimate was accurate. The communication during the process was perfect. You can’t tell it was in an accident. They offer free quotes. They had a very good pricing. Overall it was a great experience considering the reason of the visit. This is third car in my families that they have repaired and we’ve had the same experience every time. 10/10.
Just bought a new 2020 dodge challenger first day underestimated how low car was 🫥 But thanks to these great people it’s like it never happened very friendly well, organized , very fast all around great price couldn’t have ask for a better experience.
Had a horrible experience with these guys. Bad communication, didn't use OEM part as quoted, stranded me twice, no response when I sent a letter to the owner. Locks still don't work correctly. Still haven't heard a peep from these guys and they still have my $400 for nothing. Waiting to be called a not really customer Almost got stranded again alarm keeps going of.
