Bad news! Worked for 3 hours and billed me for 12.5 hours. Work was shoddy. One example: I bought a temporary pole, cut it to size, and I dug the three foot hole with my post hole digger, he gave me a hand carrying the pole about seven feet and we set it in the hole where I then filled it in with dirt. He charged me $250. for doing this. His rate was supposed to be $125/hr. Second example: he charged me $531.00 for his mileage expense - He LIVES on the same ISLAND! Riley is very knowledgeable and he installed 2 fixtures for me and fixed an issue with the electrical panel as well. He charges $95 an hour and he's in the Utsalady area of Camano Island. I paid $350 for the work. Pics of the new fixtures here.
