Social Worker When I contacted Dr. Brachman for an appointment and learned that he does not accept my insurance, he offered to try and find a psychiatrist that would. I spent the last two days calling doctors and he is the only doctor that offered to help me even though I would not be able to see him as a patient. Moreover, he answered the phone himself. His willingness to go out of his way for a stranger and his kind words put me at ease and made me feel that he must offer his patients the best possible care!
