I’ve been training 1:1 with Kyle and Spencer at Bracey Performance for about nine months now, and I am eternally grateful for their guidance. I think I've been to every gym in Chicago, and Bracey is hands down the best! I've gotten into the best shape of my life through their conditioning and strength programs. The trainers a top-notch, and they have created an incredible community of focused, growth-minded, supportive, and extraordinarily kind people. Shoutout to Erin and Kyle Bracey for cultivating this welcoming/awesome environment!
I’ve been wanting to check out this gym for forever. Flew in from VA for the weekend and it lived up to the hype. From all the keisers and to the friendly staff. Kyle and Erin are great. The gym is clean and the coaches are welcoming. The workouts are challenging and its movements you would do in a college weight room. Had a blast and will be back!
