I’ve been wanting to check out this gym for forever. Flew in from VA for the weekend and it lived up to the hype. From all the keisers and to the friendly staff. Kyle and Erin are great. The gym is clean and the coaches are welcoming. The workouts are challenging and its movements you would do in a college weight room. Had a blast and will be back!

My husband has been training at Bracey since they opened. Last year, I finally joined. I’m 46 and building muscle and staying fit for long term health are my main focus. The facility at Bracey Performance is elite. They have every piece of equipment imaginable. What’s even better is the caliber of coaching. Bracey Performance is the best gym I have ever been to, and it's not even close! If you are looking for true athletic performance group training or personal training, this is the only spot to be. The owners and all the trainers are highly knowledgeable, encouraging, and professional. They have a ton of state of the art equipment (Keiser etc.) and the warmups and programming are top notch.
