I have been a loyal customer of Braceworks for many years and have always appreciated the efficient and responsive service. Previously, I could simply drop off my son’s AFO, provide photos, and expect adjustments to be completed by the same day or the following day. The team was consistently diligent in responding to phone calls, voicemails, and emails. However, I regret to say that recent experiences have not met these high standards. I cannot recommend Braceworks to anyone. The new receptionist is completely unprofessional. Management is unaccountable They won't make a new set of orthotics even though I'm willing to pay out of pocket for them. I even had a specialist order the new set. The overall quality of the product is fine. After speaking with friends, I discovered several of them had similar experiences with this “establishment.” Thankfully, there are other options for better service in Calgary. You just lost a customer and referrals.
