The staff at bracesetters in monticello was very professional. The braces I received, were surprisingly comfortable, it wasn't as bad as some horror stories I've heard about . Every appointment i attended , the adjustments were done with such care and satisfaction. I would recommend this company and location to anyone requiring adjustments of their teeth .
My parents have been paying this place for well over a year and I’ve been going here for well over a year. Called not too long ago because a date for an appointment didn’t work out for me and it never did so I told the front desk lady at my last appointment I’ll be calling back to reschedule so I just did that today and I was met with nothing But an attitude by whoever is working at the Monticello New York office right now. My experience with brace setters has been great. My daughter went through them for her braces and I have been going to bracesetters for almost 2 years now for myself. The people in the office are friendly and professional. It is always nice to see Angelica, she is professional and always greets me with a smile.
