I went to receive a permanent retainer. I travel for work so I would have to have my appointments with long stretches in between, which is apart of why this whole process has been dragged out for so long. Every time I went to get the permanent retainer put on, it would pop off within 2-3 days. Eventually (maybe after the 5th or 6th time of trying) I was told that my teeth would not hold a permanent retainer. When I requested a refund, they said they would have to look into it.
