I am very disappointed with my experience at this orthodontic office. What should have been a supportive, well-communicated treatment turned into a frustrating and stressful process. Appointments often felt rushed, communication was poor, and concerns were not taken seriously. We just started coming here. Both times it’s taken so long to be called back. The first time there were so many patients waiting that there was nowhere to sit. Our second appt was at 2:30pm and there were only few other patients but we didn’t get called back until 3:20pm. The office staff is nice but the business doesn’t seem to be considerate of other people’s time. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. This place is a disaster. Their customer service is terrible, their accounting and finance team are a mess, and when you cancel your service to go elsewhere they come after you for fees totaling thousands of dollars. They have complete confidence in their team however they contract overseas call centers and their office staff doesn't take notes or tell anyone what is going on, they claim to have excellent customer service but they do not keep notes in their files, the list goes on a... read more
