They offer discounts to rush you Into signing a contract and not taking Into account what is best for the patient. They take on more patients than their staff can support. You will have trouble making appointments and when you get to the office, you will wait. I have had 2 kids finish treatment here and now 2 more in treatment and I WISH I would have gone somewhere else. Definitely do your homework, get second opinions and don't let them rush you into signing.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this orthodontic office. What should have been a supportive, well-communicated treatment turned into a frustrating and stressful process. Appointments often felt rushed, communication was poor, and concerns were not taken seriously. There was little explanation about treatment progress, and when questions were asked, responses were vague or dismissive. We just started coming here. Both times it’s taken so long to be called back. The first time there were so many patients waiting that there was nowhere to sit. Our second appt was at 2:30pm and there were only few other patients but we didn’t get called back until 3:20pm. The office staff is nice but the business doesn’t seem to be considerate of other people’s time.
