This office is a nightmare to deal with relating to customer service. Ian Mann is useless, Taylor in billing doesn’t understand how insurance works and the refuses to do her job. After 10 months they’re finally able to issue a small refund check that’s I’ve stopped in 4 times to pick up. The front office is a complete disaster which is led by poor management and the reason they’re so awful. Dr. Ruth Berry and the staff did a fantastic job with my child’s braces. We were told a year and a half of wearing the braces and it was exactly that time frame. Anytime I had a question, they had the answer. I would recommend coming here to Mann Orthodntics!
