Bracebridge Strength isn’t just a gym, it’s family. The owners Kim and Dan have created an unbelievable community! Supportive, understanding and extremely helpful. All the trainers are so motivating and help you achieve your fitness goals! They walk you through each step and movement of every workout, answer all the questions you could think of and work with you to help improve your form. My family would be lost without BSC! Even my toddler!
I dropped in for a Hyrox class while visiting family in Muskoka and was blown away by this amazing, welcoming community. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel right at home. I only wish we had something like this where I live! The owners and trainers were incredibly kind, super helpful, and the gym is stocked with everything you could possibly need.

BSC is amazing! Awesome owners, great coaches, perfect atmosphere! I am 8 months pregnant and still attending classes regularly thanks to the adaptability of the workouts and knowledge of the coaches!
