Great experience. Both kids had braces at the same time. Booking appointments was easy. Changing appointments was never a problem. Follow up treatment has been fantastic. I would highly recommend Brace5

Brilliant service. After having difficulty with a different orthodontist, Brace 5 made things very simple and were able to resolve my daughters issue quickly and efficiently. Emily at the desk is a super star and is always friendly and accomodating.

Couldn’t recommend this highly enough. The staff were absolutely amazing and went out of their way to be accommodating at every step. They genuinely made me feel welcomed and cared for, which made the whole experience that much better. It’s rare to come across a team that’s so attentive, professional, and sincerely invested in making sure you’re looked after.

5 members of our family have used brace5. 4 out of 5 have needed remedial/further work. Too focused on generating income and lack of courtesy. We were always to blame. Avoid - expensive and the work for us was substandard. Have gone elsewhere and service and work is so much better.
