Couldn’t recommend this highly enough. The staff were absolutely amazing and went out of their way to be accommodating at every step. They genuinely made me feel welcomed and cared for, which made the whole experience that much better. It’s rare to come across a team that’s so attentive, professional, and sincerely invested in making sure you’re looked after.
5 members of our family have used brace5. 4 out of 5 have needed remedial/further work. Too focused on generating income and lack of courtesy. We were always to blame. Avoid - expensive and the work for us was substandard. Have gone elsewhere and service and work is so much better.
We have been seeing the Brace5 team over the last 10 years and both our boys have had a fantastic result from their treatment. Couldn't be happier with the expert advice, orthodontic care and all the friendly helpful staff along the way!!
