After having a consult with another practice that didn’t sit well with me, I was recommended to Brace 5 by multiple people who had been very happy with them. Thank goodness I listened as we have been absolutely thrilled with every single part of the process. The staff are all so welcoming, professional and friendly and the results speak for themselves. I highly recommend Brace 5, if I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks so much to the whole team! My boy is finally teeth smiling again.
Truthfully a poor experience, really disappointing staff and overall incompetence and I’m throughly dissatisfied with the outcome. I would recommend going to a less stressful Orthodontic centre. They were also stingy when giving out rubber elastics when I started the journey and that should have been their first red flag.
We have been very happy with my daughter's results from her treatment at Brace5. She required complex treatment due to crowding and Dr Mamutil and the Team have supported and informed us at every step of her journey. My daughter had an expander and then 2 years of Invisalign treatment and now has a beautiful smile. It's absolutely amazing to me what can be achieved with Invisalign and without the need for metal brackets and wires.
