One of the worst offices I have ever been to in my entire life. RUDEST OFFICE AND STAFF EVER!!! You can never question anything the doctor or technicians do or else they will become aggressive with you. I have had to pay $175 every six months for a new retainer after being in braces for 3 1/2 years without another option. THEY WILL NEVER ADMIT FAULT TO RUINING YOUR TEETH. THIS OFFICE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS ONLY MONEY! RUN!
first time coming for braces, definitely a troublesome moment. never once did i feel alone in this process. words were backed up with proof. everything was explained so well to me and us (as kids came later). the staff is amazingly nice and professional. my entire process so far has been smooth sailing.
