I had a bill from them for hip replacement brace, called them like 4 times already to ask questions about my bill BUT NO ASWER AND THEY NEVER RETURN THE CALLS. NO EMAIL ADDRESS FOR MORE INFORMATION EITHER, REAL BAD

My insurance (UHC Choiceplus, which they claim to be the best of their best) did not cover my "required" ice machine or the machine I "needed" to move my arm up and down after shoulder surgery. I did it anyway, because doctor's orders, and shelled out the $800 (approx) for purchase of the ice machine and 3 weeks chair rental. I can't thank these folks enough I moved here from a nother state and was in a rush and forgot my back brace. It's been 10 months trying to get a replacement one hurtal after another. ONLY BRACE YOURSELF is the only co to come through for me THANK YOU!!!! I called them next day there tech came out and even earlier than scheduled. They are ture Pros all the way!!!! I only have positive things to say. My doctor contacted Brace Yourself for a knee brace for me. They cleared it with my insurance company within a few days, I was fitted and had a knee brace a week later. Erin (?) spent some time showing me the correct way to put it on and so far, it’s working.
