Danny Brace got me the exact same deal as the public defender, and it only cost me $3000 dollars extra. Go with the public defender.. otherwise you're better off pleading guilty to a crime you didn't commit rather then having this hack defend you. Update 2024... This attorney Danny brace who was recommended by the Sacramento Bee as the most prominent attorney in the area, turned out to be the biggest swindler in the area. This flop House of an attorney never spent one Day in jail. This loser got away with murder.
He filed everything late and cost too much.. He was disbarred in 2018 for stealing money from his clients accounts.He can no longer practice law in California. money for his person debts.

He was disbarred in Oct. 2018 for ripping off his clients.He has been ripping them off for a long time. Im glad to see he was finally caught and disbarred.
